DVPlus+ Backup Manager

Backup Manager - New Module to improve & control backups of DV files specifically forms & control settings. Automatic Full backups can be enabled when a user logs in or incremental backups can occur if a full backup exists. PLUS an update to the Restore Facility with Abort/Retry/Cancel error handling has been added.
